CLINICAL IDEAS IN THE COLLECTION
Start with the decision you want to understand.
These examples connect a concern to a recorded treatment. Photographs alone do not measure skeletal or soft-tissue change.
Facial profile planning
Case 01 records Class III treatment with metal braces, TADs and lower wisdom-tooth removal. Case 02 records crowding treatment with self-ligating braces and no extractions.
Gum display & deep bite
Case 20 records a complete deep bite and excessive gum display treated with self-ligating braces and TADs. The available facts include 22 visits; a treatment duration is not supplied.
Upper arch width
Case 06 records a narrow upper arch and crossbite in a teenage patient, treated with expansion and metal braces. It illustrates one patient’s width and bite plan.
Growth-related Class II treatment
Cases 17 and 19 record functional-appliance phases with fixed braces in growing patients. Their phases, ages and durations belong to those individual records.
Space and alignment decisions
The collection includes extraction and non-extraction records. They help explain why space choices depend on the individual bite and facial priorities.
Invisalign with a wider treatment plan
Case 03 records a Class III aligner case with two extractions, 18 months and eight visits. It shows why an appliance name does not describe the entire plan.
READ THE CONTEXT AS WELL AS THE IMAGE

BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Your questions.
Clearer next steps.
What does this orthodontic gallery document?
It contains twenty individual clinical case records from Dr. Sree’s practice, including profile planning, crowding, expansion, growth-related treatment, deep bite, gum display and an Invisalign case. Each record gives the treatment facts available for that patient.
Do the images prove a change in lower facial height or chin projection?
Photographs can show the visible appearance of a particular case. They do not by themselves quantify skeletal or soft-tissue change. A measured claim requires appropriate comparable records and analysis.
Does a non-extraction example mean my case can avoid extractions?
No. The extraction status describes that patient. Your own space needs, tooth inclination, lip support, bite and bone limits must be assessed.
Are the times in the gallery a promise?
No. Each duration and visit count belongs to its individual record. When a duration is not available, none is supplied. An estimate for your own plan follows assessment.
Can I bring a case number to my consultation?
Yes. Note the case number and what you would like to understand about it. That makes it easier to discuss the relevant clinical decisions while assessing your own situation.
